Umbraco 'Error Handling Action' problem when deleting template
This is quite a common problem that is reported in Umbraco versions up to and including 4.7.2 - it's unknown at this time if Umbraco 4.8 fixes this issue.
When you try and delete a template in the back office, you get the error:

Umbraco Exception (Datalayer):
SQL helper exception in ExecuteNonQuery
Simply assign the template to any document type (does not matter which) and save the doc type. When you now try and delete the template, it will dissapear.
